Red & White Spa Voucher Policy 

• Appointment is required for all voucher appointments.
• 24hr cancellation notice required or fee up to Voucher price may apply. 
• Customer cannot cancel same day appointments. Full Voucher value will apply.
• Vouchers do not include tax or tips. Tax and tips are paid separately.
• Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
• No cash value for any Voucher.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other coupons, deals, or promotions.
• Spa does not offer any Voucher refunds.
• Vouchers cannot be used for taxes or tips.
• Neither the spa or the Voucher company is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
• Duplicate use or sale of Voucher is prohibited.
• All services per Voucher must be used by same customer / couple.
• After Voucher expires customer may use face value for the same service only.  
• Remember Broom St does not accept vouchers for Prince St and 3rd Ave. Keep this in mind when honoring a Groupon price

Must pay retail price of service and cannot be combined with any other coupon, deal or promotion. Vouchers accepted only from new guests or guests that have not been to the spa for over 6 months. Once a voucher is used for any service, guest cannot buy or use a voucher for a different service for six months. Only one voucher per guest will be allowed within six months regardless of which voucher deal / company was used to purchase it.
