Tip Policy

Credit card tips will be paid in CASH at the end of the day, AFTER THE LAST CLIENT LEAVES. This is being implemented for multiple reasons:

 1.    To safe guard the accuracy of tips being dispersed.

2.    To ensure transparency. Booker.com provides an exact and itemized list of tips received by individual service providers.

3.    Better accounting.

4.    Dispersing tips during the day creates too much additional work for our front desk team members especially during busy hours.

5.    To provide a better experience for our guests during check in and check out.

 Credit Card Service Fee

 $1 deducted for tips from $1-$25

$2 deducted for tips from $26-$50

$3 deducted for tips from $51-$75

$4 deducted  for tips from $76-$100

 All tips will be paid in cash at the end of the day. after the last client leaves. If you leave early we will place it in an envelope and it will be available for you to get when you come back.

How to ensure gratuity 

We have several envelopes for each service provider. There is an envelope for every service they perform, which includes the the original price of the service and the suggested 15% and 20% tip amount. 

At the time of check out give the client the envelope for that belongs to their service provider and for the correct service. Make sure you are giving the correct envelope as our service providers work really hard for their tips.  

When you give the guest the envelope say "Here is the envelope for name with the suggested gratuity" if the guest had merchant service say "Here is the envelope for name  with the suggested gratuity based on the original price of the service. Today you had the mention service".
